We are currently only accepting order from the US and Canada. We will hope to be accepting orders from other countries soon.
Due to COVID-19 orders may be delayed. Orders with Ground Shipping typically take between 5-10 business days to be processed and shipped. Billing and Shipping address must match and there are no exceptions. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Due to COVID-19 Overnight, & Express, are not available. Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours after the order is placed, and standard Ground Shipping orders arrive in 5 to 10 business days once order is shipped. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your package progress and obtain a scheduled delivery date.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible by email at info@rairibrand.com so that we can correct your address. Once your package has shipped we can not change the address that was originally provided.
All Sales are final unless there is a production or item error on the companies behalf. Please email us at info@rileypremiergroup.com with your order number and the product(s) you would like to return. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of all returns. Shipping cost are non-refundable. We suggest shipping all returns with the United States Postal Service to avoid any conflicts with return address. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.
Are non refundable and must be paid in full. Shipping is 15-20 days 48 hours from the receipt of the completed order. Custom Orders are defined as any T-shirt or Apparel design color combination hat is not currently available for sale on the site
